Named in honor of our verdant native fern, Maidenhair Landscapes embraces the beauty of natural processes in the garden. Our services are gentle on the landscape, our designs create vibrant, welcoming spaces for people and garden creatures alike. We are a dynamic team of skilled and capable land stewards. With the shifting climate in mind, we build ecological resilience into the fabric of our gardens, and especially love to design landscapes for native habitat, climate-adaptivity, and drought-resilience.

Abby Carroll- Owner

Abby founded Maidenhair Landscapes to meet the growing need for habitat-focused landscape services in the Eugene area, and to provide meaningful work for like-minded landscape professionals.

She has worked in gardens and on organic farms since 2014 and studied native and medicinal plants at the Columbine School of Botanical Studies, Art at the University of Oregon, and Environmental Science at Washington University in St. Louis. She brings the essence of these diverse studies to her work in the landscapes of Lane County.
