Maidenhair Landscapes creates vibrant garden spaces and artisan hardscapes that invite homeowners out into the landscape. Once established, our plantings require only weekly irrigation and seasonal maintenance, but offer four seasons of beauty, habitat, and relaxation. Pricing

Once the project scope is defined, Maidenhair will quote a fixed rate for design work and a potential price range for the final installation (pending specific design choices).

Plant List & Site Plan

Up to two possible layouts and a sample plant collage will help you visualize different possibilities for your space. Together we’ll compare the drafts side-by-side, evaluate plant options, and create a solid foundation for the final design work.

Initial Consultation

What are your top priorities? What challenges exist on your site? Where do you hope to see your garden in 5 years? During this meeting we get to know you and your garden space, your goals, budget and aesthetic inclinations. We listen closely to each client’s priorities and concerns, tailoring our designs to maximize value and aesthetic impact, yet minimizing longterm maintenance needs.

Site Measurements & Analysis

Maidenhair will return to take detailed measurements of the space, evaluate soil conditions and exposure.

Final Design

The final layout of the garden will be structured around your core priorities, then layered with ecologically-beneficial plants and features to create a vibrant and resilient garden ecosystem. Maidenhair will present the design, plant collage, and cost of installation, inviting feedback and the possibility of final revisions.
